The proposal had been approved, and the work would *be done, by the men employed under Bchefflfl, No. 5. It - was - unanimously -decided to write to the New Brighton Borough protesting against the 1 pole erected In the parking place-on the Esplanade by the:-Train* way Board, as* it is, likely to become'danger? ous" to motorists and others. It was also decided to ask the Borough Council agatif to -Bttend to the footpaths in OsT)orne _ter-i race,' and several• other matters; previously promised to be' attended •to by the OounoH. 1 ■' The question of .nomination -of' candidates for the Borough Council election wan discussed, < It was decided'to-nominate Wessrs r. d.
