ANNETTE KELEERMAN CUP., (PBE3B -''ifiBOCIATIOS TOLBOBAM.) WANGANUI, March 6. Fastest-time in.the Annette Kellerman Clip lace, of three and a quarter miles, swum in the Wanganvu river this afternoon, was registered by D. Reid (South Canterbury), wiio swam the distance in 67min 43sec. 'B. V. Haworth (Wanjjttnui) put up second fastest time, 57min 55sec. M. Connor (Canterbury) registered Sdtnin Isec, and G. Bridson, holuer of all the men'B national championship titles, took two minutes longer. The race was really a procession. A strong out-running current carried the contestants along at a fast pace, this being gicatly in favour of those receiving good starts. Timaru was granted the next New Zealand senior championships and Wellington the junior and intermediate fixture.
