Signor Grandi has issued a statement to the effect that King Victor will receive Mr Arthur Henderson and Mr A. V. Alexander, the' British naval: delegates, this morning, after M'lioh an official communique will be tied in reference to the naval agreement reached in principle. It is understood that Mr Henderson is going to Paris later in the day with a view to a settlement of the details. NEGOTIATIONS AT HOME CONTINUE.
