The Jam Sahib of Nawanagar, "better known 'as Ranjj, the cricketer, has issued an order prohibiting the sale of foreign cloth in his State. _ He says that it is the desire of his subjects"that foreign cloth be not allowed within the State, and dealers have agreed to 1 the order, which remains in force for I three months. Penalties are provided f or defiance. 1
