Mrs Annie Hearn. was charged at the Police Court at Launceston, Cornwall, with murdering her sister, Mi ad Mary Everard, aged 52, also a friend, Mrs Alice Thomas.'
Mr Delvln, the prosecuting counsel, Baid that Dr. Lynch, a Home Office ' expert, was of the opinion that Miss j Everard was aldwly poisoned during seven'months before her dfeath, when Mrs Hearm was nursing and feeding her.
