"Tho House that Jack Built'' comprises a succession .of novelties, specialties, song hits,' stage spectacles, 'comedy scenes and sketches; and;, a favourite pantomime story interwoven—an entertainment that has been created to de- - light- the young and the grown-up. Some of the ' outstanding features in the' latest Williamson pantomime are the lovely tulip farm, an' amazing transformation scene, a gorgeous pa}aue of gold, the beautiful garden of - Eden, the amusing vegetable biUlet, the lovely ■ luminous ballet, the mysterious mirror, the funny glee singers, the beautiful ballet of the seasons, the comio duel scene, the aeroplane flight over > the audience, the fascinating swing girls, the superb Eve ballet, the wonderful toy shop ballet, the amazing thought-reading cow, the marqh of the phantom' army, the disappearing tent, and many features specially created for the matinee performances. There are over one' hundred people concerned in the production of "The House that Jack Built,"' including the popular comedian, Jim Gerald, who has achieved his best triumph in the role of Dame Barleycorn. Jim Gerald recently toured. New Zealand as the principal-' comedian in ' 'ThA New Tloon," iij whioh production he w6n the reputation of 'being one of the best and funnießt comedians who has ever *P*. peared in New Zealand. Roy Rene is well I known to. New-,; Zealanders, and other famous pantomime- artists" are Amy Rochelle (the principal boy), Nell Taylor (principal girl), i Kathleen Goodall, Nick Morton, Paulesto Brothers, Fallow Twins, Phil Smith, 'Edna | Monorieff, Arthur Stigant, gun'., Harry Short Eric Bush, Ellen Percival. Mona Zeppel, and other notable artists. Features of the production are»-the chorus,'ballet,' and "the beautiful ensembles. A full' operatio orchestra is under the baton -of William - Redstone. The pantomime was produced'by Charles A.' Wenman, and the ballets were created and-'ar-' ranged >by Minnie, Everett. ,The box plans | will be opened at The'Bristol-on Wednes- ] day next. v .
