Forbes, and Major-General Sir Fabian Ware (of the Imperial War Graves Commission), who are on a three-days' visit to the war area in which the New Zealanders fought, placed a wreath on the Ypres town memorial, and were given an official reception by the Burgomaster. Thev pla.ed wreaths on the New Zealand tablet in Eyncourt Cemetery, on the memorial at Loneueval, and in the French National Cemetery at Albert. At Albert they were accorded a civic ■ reception.
