Orbell (Levels), will leave to-day on a visit to Mrs S. Neill (Dunedin). Mr and Mrs A. C. BucWand OVaitati) are staying with Mrs L. S. Talbot (Te Weka street). . Mrs J. Brooke (Christchurch) is expected to arrive this week to stay with W mother, Mrs W. Elmshe (Craigie street). . , , The following have been _ recent euests at the Dominion Hotel: Mr and Mrs E. G. Kelain (Wellington), Miss Kinross (Dunedin), Messrs J. Kinross (Dunedint, T. Griffiths (Christchurch), and W. M. Gruer Auckland). Mr and Mrs Hill (Sydney) were passengers to the Hermitage yesterday. Recent guests at the Grosvenor Hotel include Mr and Mrs 11. W. McCreath (Gore), Mr and Mrs J. H. Mowbray (Dunedin), Messrs D. Reev o (Dunedin), R. A. Crozier (Christchurch), H. 11. Allen (Dunedin), F. H. Ainsley (Christchurch), J. C. Gawne (Wairarapa), and W. R. Comyns (Dunedin). AFTERNOON PARTY. Miss Greta Wallis was hostess at> an afternoon tea party, given m honour of Miss Bada Milner, whose marriage will take placq shortly. A very happy time was spent in playing tennis and other games, after which tea was served on the lawn. Among those present were Mesdames W. H. Milner, K. Wallis, S. Corner, L. Carter, J. McKenzie, Misses Bada Milner, Greta Wallis, Iris Wilson*, Tui Donaldson (North Island), Wanda Jackson (Dunedin), Lea Symes, Rita Stewart, and Gladys Lawton.
