NOTES AND MEMORANDA.
A public meeting will bo held in the Rolleston Memorial Hall on December 16th. There will be a dance in the Terapleton Ha)l to-morrow evening. The annual prize-giving and display of St. Andrew's College will bo held in the Caledonian Hall on December 15th and 16th. Electrical appliances made in New Zealand will be displayed in Messrs Berry and Halliburton's show-rooms, Dundas street, to-mor* row, and on Friday and Saturday. A rose and flower show will be held in the Rugby street Methodist School Hall to-mor-row and on Friday.
