LEES VALLEY.
TO THB EDITOR OT THB PRESS. Sir—With regard to the last paragraph of "Soldier Settler's" letter i i to-day's PiiESg, may I remark that for my part, I have no intention of neglecting the spiritual welfare of Lees "Valley. The short days of winter and the scattered nature of the district only leave a few months when a visit would be profitable. I have very pleasant recollections of my first visit and the kind reception I received on that occasion. I have been looking forward for some months to coming out again and seeing the settlers. Indeed, only a few weeks ago arrangements had been made, but I was advised, for excellent reasons, to delay my visit. I may add that my wife and I intend making a trip the first opportunity in the New Year, and trust that arrangements may be made, for the holding of a service. I do not know whether the settler in question is a member of my Church, but, whether or no, I shall be delighted to see him or any member in the Valley when in Oxford.—-Yours, etc., H. G. SELL. The Vicarage, Oxford, December 4th, 1930.
