AUCKLAND AGREEMENT. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, December 5. Aii agreement has been reached between the Auckland Power Board and the Government concerning the supply of power to the province, consequent upon the Arapuni failure.
