FARM. * SUPREME COURT ACTION. A dispute over the installation of an electric power plant on a farm near Little Eiver was the subject of an action in the Supreme Court yesterday, -when George Henry and Co., Ltd., consulting and refrigerating engineers, importers, and merchants, sued S. Hall, farmer, of Peraki, for £lls 9s, said to be due for gooda supplied and services rendered in the inspection of secondhand plant, and for the preparation of certain plans. Ilall, alleging that the plant supplied did not give the power required, and that he had been put to considerable trouble and expense in installing other plant, counter-claimed for £l5O. Evidence for the plaintiffs occupied most of yesterday's session and the case was adjourned till Monday. His Honour Mr Justice Adams presided. Mr K. M. Gresson appeared for plaintiffs, and Mr A. W. Brown for Hall.
