ALLEGED FALSE DECLARATION.

* (TRESS ASSOCIATION TEkEGHAM.) AUCKLAND, December 5. Samuel Thomas Baker, aged 36, carpenter, who was arrested last niglit, was charged in Court to-day with that in August, 1929, he did make a false declaration in support of an application by himself for a loan from the State Advances Department. The accused was remanded to December lltli, when similar charges against others already arrested will be heard. Bail was granted.
