TWO INTERNATIONALS FOR NEW ZEALAND. (VROU Ob*R OWN COBSESPOHDENT.) LONDON, October 31. Two international dirt-track riders left this week for New Zealand, where, it is Btated, they have a contract to rid© on tho local tracks. They are Ernest Arthur David Kempster, who is known as "Smiling Jim Kenipster," and Hoger Frogley. Both these men were married at the same time at Leighton Buzzard Registry Office on Monday-, In order to get to the town both men flew in aeroplanes, landing at Leighton Buzzard. Kempster flew from Stag Lane Aerodrome and Frogley from his home at Cherry Tree Farm, Hoddesdon. Kempster'js bride was a Leighton Buzzard girl, Hilda Alice Thompson, and Frogley was married to Miss Florence Audrey Sayer, a London girl. CANTERBURY V. OTAGO NEXT SATURDAY. Broadsiding patrons have been well catered for this and next Saturday's bill of fare promises to be the best yet. The first of the interprovincial contests will take place this week, when Canterbury will defend itself against a visiting Otago team. The local men have already given a taste of their quality, and Otago will have to be a bit above the ordinary to win. Names of the teams arc published in an advertisement-to-day. Plans of reserved seats'aro at Lange's, tobacconist.
