MINING DISPUTE.
CONFERENCE ARRANGED. (PRJZS3 ASSOCIATION" TEL/EORA&t.) WESTPOIIT, December 3. A conference lias been arranged between the management of the Stockton Mine and the Ngakawau Miners' Union to discuss the conditions of working the 6 o'clock shift, 'which was the matter in dispute during the recent strike. It is hoped as a result of the conter--lonco that the (juestion will bo settled to the satisfaction of all parties.
