REGIMENTAL BAND INSPECTION AT CHRISTCHURCIJ.—The band of the Ist Battalion of the Canterbury Regiment was inspected by Brigadier M. M. Gard'ner, D.5.0., at King Edward Barracks last evening. The bandsmen wore the scarlet uniform of the Queen's Own Royal West Kent Regiment, with which the Canterbury Regiment is allied.
