A communique regarding the AngloSoviet Debts and Claims Committee, which held its seventh meeting yesterday, states that regarding the allocation of claims and counter-claims amons the various sub-committees ■substantial progress has been made, and now only two questions are outstanding before the sub-committees. It has been decided to set up additional sub-committees, one to deal with t" e claims of the Soviet Government otherwise than those of private Soviet citizens, for losses and damages caused by the intervention.
