At the monthly meeting of the Provincial Council of the Rechabite Order a motion of condolence with Bro. E. A. M. Leaven in the death of his wife was adoptedThe installation of officers was conducted by Bro. A. Martin, D.C.R., assisted by Bro. C. H. Bascand, D.D.C.R. The names of Bros. A. Rees and H. Painter were accepted as proxies for the Ashburton Tent. Bro. A. Martin gave an account of a visit paid to North Island Tents. Consideration was given to remits to be discussed at the District Council to be held at Wanganui in March.
