GOVERNOR RECALLED TO LONDON. (OJ.'ITKU I'KBSS ASSOCIATION —IIV UI,t:CTIttC TKLEOP.ArU—COfYKIGIIT.) (Received December Ist, 12.30 a.m.) J.ONDON, November 20. A message of recall has been sent to the Hon. Montague Norman, Governor of the Bank of who is voyaging aboard the Bremen to Ken- York. He transferred to the Majestic at Cherbourg, climbing down a ropo ladder into a launch from the Majestic, whence he returned to Southampton. He then hastened to London. No explanation of the recall ha 3 been given.
