SUMNER'REDCLIFFS GARDEN COMPETITION.—The judging in the second annual garden competition organised by the Sumner-Redcliffs Beautifying Society was concluded on Saturday afternoon. Mr T. B. Boulton's garden at Richmond Hill, the winning garden in the Gardens on the Hill section.
