MODEL YACHTING.
The finals of the eliminating heats for the club championship were sailed by the Christchurch Model Yacht Club on Saturday at Victoria Lake.- The wind- blew fresh from the north-east. Results:— ' SECTION A. W. S. Kingston's Sans Atont .. 1 >S. W. Smith's Charlie. 2 ■ E. Hodge's Kea . . R. Munro's Isa ... 4 Time, 272min. SECTION B. A. Semmen's Dolphin l H. J. Bowlker's Amy . , 2 O. B. Ekensteen's Pateena .«. E. Hodge's Hawk ... . 4 Time, 27min. The first two heats of the championship will be sailed next Saturday. The following boats have qualified:—Ssiis Atout (26), Charlie (15), Kea (14), Isa (10), Dolphin (19), Hawk (15), Pateena (14), and Amy (10). ..
