FENDALTON FETE.
Some of the finest gardens in Ohristchurrh ln and several of these in diflerent years, have been used for the annual parish fete. This year Mr George MurrlyAynsley has kindly lent his beautiful erounds next to St. Barnabas Church, in Fendalton added t V ,T ] a t d , di ; ioaa! this vear are added to those that are always in evidence %vith a professional conjuror, magician *ind ventriloquist, and other attractions ' such ? and Judy and Jack and the Beanni? h.t u* e * un an< * amusement for all. Music wiJl be supplied by the HnwaUnn Orchestra. The fete will be opened at 2 Vo on Saturday by Mra Croasdaiir Bowen whoso husband was vicar of Riccarton at the time that londalton was included in that parish!
