A Gazette notice to-night announces the following appointments to the first and second divisions of the Court of Appeal. First division—Hjs Honour the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, Mr Justice Herdman, Mr Justice MacGregor, Mr Justice Blair, and Mr Justice Kennedy. Second division —-His Honour the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, Mr Justice Reed, Mr Justice Adams, Mr Justice Ostler, and Mr Justice Smith.
