+ The Siin'tncr-11-edrliffjs branch of the I'lunkcf. Society will hold a Balo of home made cakes in (ho Sumner Town Hall next Saturday. The Municipal Electricity Department's showroom and cash desk -will in future remain open until 8.00 p.m. on Fridays. A vocal recital will bo piven by the .pupils of Mrs J. W. Palk in tho Art, Gallery next Saturday evening. A special health talk will be piven before the Radiant Health Club by Mr Sheffier tbin evening. In adidtion, Mrs T. Stedman will speak on "Prosperity."
