Fisher for permission to erect a fish smoke-room in Smith street, Woolston: Referring the application to the Council last night, tne Town Planning, Housing, and Health Committee stated that the sito of the building was in what was considered . by the committee to be a residential area, previous applications for permission to erect buildings intended for purposes in this locality having been refusedNew houses were erected in the street and further subdivision of land for residential purposes was anticipated.
