IIED LIGHT to all*traffic facing the Signal indicates "STOP" at the Stop line marked in roadway. GREEN LIGHT to all Traffic facing the sig-nal-indicates '•PROCEED." AMBER LIGHT-to all Traffic facing the Signal means-that a change is about to be made, also indicates that all Traffic shall STOP that has NOT'passed the "intersection stop line" marked in roadway.
