I wonder, Sir, what is the actual motive behind -jome of these comseems that very many natters mentioned could very easily oe explained and corrected, if the intormation were taken direct to the responsible people interested. lam convinced that if some letters could be traced back to the writer and tho Circumstances, wo would find that the reason is not public interest, but personal.
