TROUBLE-MAKERS.
-'o th* (MTos or thb rasas lr ' One is continually reading a emcnts made by individuals and groups, that might almost bo deliber'°f attem *° cause trouble and Hirt' 'f kind. One writer says 1 < J ,la a ' Waitaki are danNViif'A.'" " n v tr R:IVK tile rlr<iir>ng<> &t f „'i 15 '! kel y to cause an epidemic, r.t.o ' ■. i i n letter, in which some- , w ,s hes to know whose lorry did run work, and why. Every day someone complains against someone se. I wonder, Sir, what is the actual motive behind -jome of these comseems that very many natters mentioned could very easily oe explained and corrected, if the intormation were taken direct to the responsible people interested. lam convinced that if some letters could be traced back to the writer and tho Circumstances, wo would find that the reason is not public interest, but personal. M hat a lot of small-minded • oik we must be to act in this "manner! there is enough trouble to-day without creating more. When reading some of these letters, 1 wonder if the writers would have the courage to make the tamo bald statement direct to the party concerned Lot people to-day think more seriously of the big job ahead in making tlit- world a bettor place to live in, and assist to decrease tho troubles to-day rather than increase them.
