* REMINDER OF "BAXTER'S." A Christchurch business man, at the time of the power shortage here, m writing to a friend in Wellington, used the old and mucli-usod expression to the effect that he hoped his friend was "in the pink." Lie then went on to say—"Speaking of 'pink' reminds me that I have at the present moment a bottle of Baxter's Lung Preserver on my desk which I am glad to say is gradually getting the better of a stubborn cold.
