HOTEL HOURS.
EXTENSION SOUGHT IN SYDNEY. (Received November 21st, 11.15 p.m.)
SYDNEY, November 21
The hotelkeep'ers are so Bevercly hit by the prevailing depression that they are urging the Government to permit extension of trading hours from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Cabinet has promised consideration of the proposal, but the Liquor Trades Union is strongly opposed to the extension of hours.
