Reports of sensational counter-revolu-tionary happenings in Russia": have reached several capitals. Berlin states that "two' battalions of the Red Army mutinied- at Moscow owing to lack of food, shooting down their officers. The mutineers were overcome, and the survivors were sent toi gaol.
