That in pursuance fend in exercise of tho powers vested in it by "The Counties Act, I'J.O, .lection J 7 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1020,' and of all other Acts and powers (if any) it in that behalf enabling (the constat of the Local Government Loam* Hoard having been obtained), tho Wuipara County Council hereby resolves by nay of Special Order as follows: (1) THAT the Council proceed to ra . a of SEVEN HUNDRED POUNDS (£700), the Council's proportion of the cost of erecting a Bridge over the Waipara River ai a point known ob Edwards Crossing.
