necessary adjustment required next year after present crops have been harvested, than to face an indiscriminate rush by all and sundry to grow wheat. "May I thank the members of the Advisory Board, Mr Bishop and his staff, the presidents, executives, and secretaries of the various Associations for their great work during the year, especially the last six months. As an onlooker, through absence, may I say members have every reason to be thankful for the goo<J work done by them and not only members but everyone, worker or non-worker, who is dependent for his standard of living upon the prosperity of New Zealand."
