Colombia, states that the police were forced to rush to tho protection of physicians, nt the city's free medical institution, called the Casas Cunas, when it was attacked by rioting citizens following the deaths of 19 of"30 children, due to an alleged laboratory error, in which, following two successful treatments, a gioup of poor children on the third visit received an anti-diphtheria vaccine erroneously inoculated with dipthmia germs. All the doctors in the city are working desperately to save those still alive.
