His Honour Mr Justice Reed delivered judgment to-day in the case in which the jury awarded Nicholas Heffcron watersider, £260 damages and £BS for loss of wages and £37 16s from the Crown because of injuries received at the hands of a Railway Department lorry driver. His Honour eon cur red with the jury's findings.
