NEW BRIGHTON.

SUNDAY SCHOOL CONCERT. A very enjoyable concert was held in the Premier Picture Theatre, New Brighton* last evening', to celebrate the anniversary of tho Methodist Sunday School. A lengthy programme was enjoyed by a large audience. During an interval, the superintendent (Mr A. E. Lawry) referred the work done during tho year, and expressed regret at the resignation of the secretary (Miss N. Hooker), who had done valuable work for tho church. A "/report on "the' activities during the yoar was read by Mr 11. E. Holloway. The concert was by Mrs Hull, Mrs Dean, and Miss Hull. , St. Faith's Church. A fJGoat enjoyable concert was held in Iho parish hall of. St. Faith's Church last eveniny, when Mrs Guy Cotterill and party entertained a full houss with an enjoyable Programme. At tho conclusion of the entertainment the vicar (the Rev. T. M. Curnov.) proposed a vote- of thanks to the performers, was unanimously carried. - .'
