IFBES3 iSBOCUTIOX tUUSOBAH-) AUCKLAND. November 17. Fire destroyed the nine-roomed house of F. A. Price in Papatoetoe this morning. A fight of over two hours by the Papatoetoe Fire Brigade ended in failure, on account of the lack of a suitable water supply. The house wae insured for £3OOO in the Commercial Union Office and the furniture stnd contents were insured for £llOO with the New Zealand Insurance Company. 'l'he house was built eight years ago. Only a small quantity of furniture and Mr Price's war relics and his trophies cf the hunt were saved.
