The pair were travelling south with John E. Jones, a: professional boxer, in a small car belonging to: Jones, who said in evidence that Moore, jun., took over the wheel shortly before reaching the scene of the accident; which occurred as a result of a> skid on • a greasy patch of road. Jones escaped injury.
