That in pursuance and it. exercise of the powers vested in it by "The Counties Act. 1920," Section 17 of "Tho Local .Bodies Loans Act, J 026,' and of all other Acts Mid powers (if my) it in that behalf enabling (thn consent o{ the Local Government Loam Board bavin* b«en obtained), tho Waipara County Council hereby resolves by way vl Special Order a* follow*:- —■. / (l> THAT the Council uroceod to rarse a Loan of SEVEN HUNDRED POUNDS (£700), being the Couno.l's proportion of the cost of erecting a Bridge over the Waipara River at a point known as "Edwards Crossing. - (2) THAT such Loan be called (be Waipara River Bridg« (Edwards Crossing) Loan, £7OO, 1980." ■ (3) THAT the curreucy of the said Loan shall be for e period of TWENTY (20) years. . (4) THAT the interest on the said loan small be at the rato of Five Pounds Fifteen Shillings (ss) per centum per annum, and shall be payable half-yearly.
