MR F. T. BUNG'S POSITION.

Sung, states that he has been transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Nanking. He will be succeeded i# Australia by Mr Kwei Chili, formerly Consul in New Zealand. Mr Sung denies that he was dismissed for Insubordination, saying that he, is being removed at his own request owing to his wife's health.
