LONDON, November 13. A report of an attempt to assassinate Mr W. T. Cosgravo, President of the Irish Free State, while he was motoring homeward, on the outskirts of Dublin, is denied. It is explained that shots were fired at a par containing tiie soldiers comprising the President's personal guard, while they returned from duty at his residence. No one was hit.
