I" tho Supreme Court a native woman, Ani Kouka, who .a year ago was before the Court on a charge of arson, and was ordered to come up for sentence when called on. was again arraigned on a similar offence, having made another attempt to burn down a neighbour's house. The defence alleged provocation and a long-standing feud between the neighbours. His Honour Mr Justice Bliiir ordered reformative detention for 12 months.
