====== ■ I the Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., Daniel F.ergusson, aged 48, a second offender, charged with being.found drunk in Manchester street on November . 11th, was fined 20s and costs, in default three days' imprisonment. If Rumania's new marriage laws.come into force, husbands or wives who leave home will be liable to a fine and imprisonment with hard labour.
