Count Bethlen, the Hungarian Prime Minister, who, ■with the Countess Bethlen,. is visiting' as "the guest of the British Government,, called upon Mr Arthur Henderson, the Foreign Secretary, at the Foreign Office this morning. A dinner in honour of Count Bethlen was given'at the Hungarian Legation this evening, Mr Bamsay Mac Donald and Mr Henderson beingamong the guests.
