In connexion with the subdivision of the McHardy property recently acquired by the Borough Council a portion of which is to be handed over to the Crown in connexion .with the Massey Agricultural College, the Borough Council decided last evening that the area of the latter part be 21} acres. Reservations were made regarding access to the bush area which is to be a municipal reserve, also' in regard to the cost of the erection of bridges and fences.
