Mr P. W. Wilson, the Anglo-Arueri-can journalist, whose work in connexion with the new Greville Diary was much discussed a short time ft go, reviews J. Macnair Wilson's "Lord Nortlicliffe" in the "New York Times JJppj? Review." P.W.W. concludes lus notice of the book as follows: "In many matters Lore! Northcliffe 4id his best. Npt only was he a great newspaper man but he was one of the greatest men ever captured by newspapers. Within his proper sphere his w?b a brilliant and epoch-jnaking success. But beyond that sphere he was put of his depth and, -in his heart, he I*n e * it. Criticising Cabinets, he was all courage; invited to enter them, he was all caution.
