The Cairo correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" reports that tho newspaper "El Ahrairi" says the Dominion's reply to the British Government'r communication on the subject of the results of the, London conversations is being withheld by _ mutual agreement between the Egyptian and British GOvei-hihfehts until tlifere is A reasonable certainty that the result* will be accfepted bv the Egyptian Parliament. SaHvat Paslia is endeavouring to asbertain the precise attitude of the majority of the Chamber, ( as Britain is anxious to avoid further abortive discussions.
