OXFORD TERRACE BAPTIST CHURCH.
The memben of the Oxford Terrace Baptist Church snbscribed OYer £SOO for carrying out nocessary renovations, but it was found insufficient to complete the work. Tho redecoration of the church interior, at an estimated cost of £l5O remained to be done and this prompted the church officers to make arrangements for a special thanksgiving Sunday when members would come to the service in tho spirit of thanksgiving and make special offerings towards the repair of their property. Last Sunday special music was provided morning and evening, and at the close of the evening service the minister, the Rev. J. Robertson, announced that £164 had been glvon towards the work, £99 being the collections for tho day and £65 a special donation. A later gift of £lO brought the total up to £174. Tho "Hallelujah Chorus" followed the announcement of tho total thank offering.
