WOOLSTON BURGLARY.

£3B IN STOLEN GOODS. Mr J. Townsend, tobacconist, whose shop is at the corner of Blackwell street and Ferry road, had goods to the total value of about £2B stolen from his shop sometime on Thursday night. Entrance to tho shop had been gained through neatly-drilled holes in the door leading from the yard to *Jie shop. By the size and style of the holes'it is suspected the theft is the work of an expert gang. Tho intruders helped themselves to tho best in tobacco, razors, pipes, tobacco pouches, and cigarettes. Much stock had also been strewn about the floor of the shop. They also opened the till, which contained only a few coppers. These they made off with.
