PALMERKTON N., December 1. Alfred Thornton, aged 23, employed h v road contractors at the Massey Agricultural College, was found to ho missing yesterday afternoon, and Has discovered this morning hanging over the bank of the Manawata nver »itb a strap round his neck tied to a fence. It apparently is a case of suicide.
