_— j CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS. (PKESS ASSOCUMOH TZLEOEiIf.) DUNEDIN, November 23. The Otago A. and P. Society's Bhow opened to-day in good weather. T i entries were about the same as last year. A good show is expected if the weather keeps up for to-morrow. The following championships were awarded:— Cattle. Shorthorn—Champion and reserve champion, male and female, J. A. Johnstone, Bushey Park. Milking Shorthorn—Male and female champions, Mrs J. Miller. Friesian —Champion and reserve champion cow or heifer, William Robertson; champion bull, William Bryant. Bed Polled—Champion cow. or heifer, champion bull and reserve champion bull, John Donaldson. Ayrshires—Champion and reserve champion cow or heifer, Gillies Bros., champion bull, Bissett Bros.; reserve champion bull, George Fox. Jersey —Champion and reserve champion, cow or heifer, and champion bull, Hellyer Bros.; reserve champion bull, Robert Eiddle. Sheep. Merino—Fine combing, champion and reserve champion ram, champion and reserve champion ewe, B. Jopp. Border Leicester —Champion and reserve champion ram and champion we, A. S. Els worthy; reserve champion ewe, H. J. Andrew. Lincoln —Champion and reserve champion ram, champion and reserve champion ewe, N.Z. and A. Land Co> South'down —H. J. Andrew (male and female). Corriedale —Champion ram, J. X, Johnstone; reserve, D. J. Boss; champion and reserve ewe, J. A. Johnstone.
